We may request permission to include your project name, logo, or screenshots in our portfolio or marketing materials. If you prefer not to be featured, you can inform us in writing and we will respect that request.

Some projects may involve third-party tools, APIs, or app stores such as Google Play. We are not responsible for policy changes, outages, or actions taken by these third parties.

You are responsible for ensuring that your app or game content complies with the relevant platform rules and local regulations. We can assist and guide you, but final responsibility remains with the owner of the app.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

While we aim to deliver stable, high quality software, all services are provided on a “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we do not guarantee that:

• Software will be completely error free in all environments and devices.
• Third-party platforms or services will function without interruptions.
• The project will achieve specific commercial or financial results.
